Terms of Service

1. Services

Vancouver.Contractors provides digital marketing services to contractors in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. The specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your service agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you will retain ownership of any assets created during the engagement, including website content and ad creative.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vancouver.Contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
